Question of the day: 8-1-17

Question: This airport, the busiest international air passenger gateway into North America, was commonly known as “Idlewild Airport” until 1963.

Answer: John F. Kennedy International. It was built on the former site of Idlewild Golf Course in Queens, and its proper name was originally New York International Airport. (Incidentally, this is also where yesterday’s movie is set.)
